Long Time No See

So, it’s been a while since I’ve been able to prioritize making posts. I was overwhelmed with finishing school, and I decided to cut this so I could focus more on finishing my draft of The Right Hero, both of which I’m happy to report, I have done. I have a bachelor’s degree now, and I have a draft that I’m in the process of querying.

As for the future, I don’t think I’ll ever have the desire to keep up the weekly posts I was doing in the past, but I have had an interest in short fiction, most of which I want to polish up and post here. I have also had a long held desire to create a writing course, and I want to make posts here that cover what I’m discovering as I prepare for that.

I also want to edit that Thunderblade story I posted chapter by chapter here, and then post the finished project in full, probably with an accompanying post about editing processes. That story was also an experiment in fully pantsing an entire project, and I want to do a writeup about outlining vs. pantsing and how both methods have been working for me.

Woodworking posts wise, I have done a bunch of projects that I just have to take pictures of and make the posts. I also want to start making videos of my projects and I have a project in mind to kick that off.

Basically, I’m back, and I’m committed to posting at least every so often, even if it’s just for me.
